Not to brag my 2025 was a very blessed and lovely year. Despite having a wonderful and successful year, I also had some challenges along the way however, it is always good to base your prospectives on the positives ones. I am very grateful for the butterfly effect for giving me a chance to be one of presenters and researchers.
The butterfly effect helped me to get rid of the old girl ingulfed with fear and low confidence. Through butterfly effect, I have acquired rightful skill of using the computer. Moreover, I learnt about robot and I am now able to delineate what a robot is. Furthermore, I form friendship and most of them are from Canada. Butterfly effect had really contributed a lot in my life by making me have penpals.
Despite enjoying, I also faced some challenges as I had mentioned earlier. The big challenge was how to operate the computer. I was not equipped with the rightful skills. This was later solved by kith and kin which included one of my teachers. Lack of confidence was another challenge I faced .Sometime back I was inaudible and I failed to maintain meaningful eye contact. Through the presentation that we did July, 2025 in front of the audience, I am now confident girl. I have come to realize that if butterfly effect is popular in our country, may contribute a lot in building the future generation.

Hey Monica, this was really meaningful to read. I liked how you focused on growth and how the Butterfly Effect helped you build confidence, skills, and connections with people from other countries. It’s really awesome that you turned challenges, like learning computer skills and speaking with confidence, into strengths over time. Do you feel that the presentations were the biggest turning point for your confidence, or were there other moments that also helped? I also agree that programs like this can play a big role in shaping future generations. I loved reading your post, can’t wait to see what you do next!
Hey Monica, I hope that you are alright. I am really inspired on how you spent your year 2025 which was not as easy as many of us could think. You have also encouraged me to hear that you are blessed.
Hi Monica!
This was an incredibly insightful and compelling post to read. I’m very glad to hear that you’ve reflected upon your year and chose to focus on the many positive aspects than the negative ones. With that, I also found it very relatable when you spoke about the struggles you faced with the computer lessons. I, myself also need to keep practicing my keyboarding skills to get quicker and more accurate. But, in general, I think that it’s a very good reminder that we all face challenges and we must try our best to overcome them, so, I’m so glad that now you’re feeling confidant! In the future I’d love to hear more about the research you did about robots: Did you learn about any specific robots or types of technology? And, do you believe that this was a topic you’d like to re-explore again? It’s definitely quite fascinating!
Thank you for this post, I really liked reading about your experience, and good luck with all your future work! I hope that we could speak again soon.
Hello Monica!
I really enjoyed reading your post! It is so inspiring to see how the Butterfly Effect helped you grow in confidence, gain new skills like using a computer, and build friendships with people from other countries. I love how you did not let challenges, like struggling with technology or speaking in front of an audience, hold you back and instead used them as opportunities to improve and learn. The way you described transforming from a shy and unsure student into someone confident and capable really shows how much personal growth you have experienced. Do you think the presentations in July were the turning point for your confidence, or were there smaller moments along the way that also helped? It is clear that programs like this can have a huge impact on shaping the next generation, and it is amazing to see how much you have gained from the experience. I am excited to see where your confidence and skills take you next!
