2025 was a year that I doubt will never be erased from my diary. I sincerely give all the gratitude to the Butterfly Effect Programme. It had been a prestigious year of discovery mainly on the research that I did about education. Additionally, I learnt different types of education systems across the continent for example THE K-12 SYSTEM. To sum up I came to a conclusion which was the whole world to adapt Canadian or American system of education. This helped me to gain knowledge on the different sets of education systems.
As the one scholar once said not all that glitters is gold; the year had its own challenges. Not to blow my own trumpet but I normally have self confidence but that is when it comes to small crowd of people. This time I was to present in front of multitude of which, had people I knew not about. This is to be honest it made freak out. Luckily, I was able to get rid of that low self-esteem.
To sum up I still had challenges in using the computer since I was not a computer literate. Some of the challenges included slow in typing, using the mouse saving documents among others. Since one finger can not kill a louse, I overcame the challenges through the help of my teacher and peers.
Despite the negatives in this programme, I have advanced my language thar is; English to another step. Furthermore, I interacted with other students who did Butterfly Effect Programme in Kenya and abroad. Moreover, I did not only interact with them but also, I formed friendship.
Therefore, I am grateful to the Olpejeta Conservancy fraternity especially those who sponsor Butterfly Effect Programme. Since it has indeed brought an impact in my life and studies. Lastly, I would like to say ‘’ DO GOOD ALWALYS WITHOUT CARING TO WHOM’’
