Hi my name is Kian Vaezi and I am currently grade 9 at Charles Best Secondary School. My favorite subject at school is social studies and science as I love finding about the past and learning about biology. I was born in Iran and when I was 7 years old came to Canada
My passion is playing all types of sports. Each sport is unique in their own way and in my opinion watching different sports is a great way of broadening your perspective. My strongest attribute is that I am loyal to my friends and my community. Respect goes both ways and I love maintaining a great relationship with my community and friends for a long time.
In my free time, I like to go outside and enjoy the nature. I think that we take British Columbia’s natural beauty for granted as taking a simple walk through a trail will clear up your mind making you feel calm, and happy. I also love going to a park alone with my friends and playing sports. One of my heroes is Kenan Yildiz, a Turkish football player. I admire how he is always so respectable on and off the pitch, let alone being the best player on the team I support.
Of the three category choices, I am most interested in doing an inquiry project because to me, it would be a good opportunity for me to learn more about a topic which I don’t know a lot about.
