Hello everyone, it is Maryann, again below is the research.
Women’s participation in decision-making is very beneficial and their role in applying public policies has a positive effect on people’s lives, women leaders and experts from around the world stressed at a high-level meeting in the capital of Chile.
It is not about men against women, but there is evidence to show through research that when you have more women in public decision-making, you get policies that benefit women, children and families in general.
So, women tend, when they’re in parliament, for example, to promote women’s rights legislation. When women are in sufficient numbers in parliaments, they also promote children’s rights also they tend to speak up more for the interests of communities, local communities, because of their close involvement in community life.
Byanyima, from Uganda, is one of the more than 60 women leaders and government officials who met Friday 27 Feb and Saturday 28 Feb. at the meeting “Women in power and decision-making: Building a different world.

Hello Maryann your inquiry question is really amazing since you have engaged yourself more in women, this tells that the cases of women being despised and looked down upon will come to an end; since most of the leaders will be women whom will take control over different countries. Also I would like you to still research on the disadvantages of the same women being the most abundant population in the countries.
Hi Maryann your post is really inspiring as it highlights the presence and significance of women in the society. For one, women contribute to population growth especially women in the childbearing age. Secondly women build the nation’s economy by engaging in economic activities. for sure women build a different world.
