I am going to divide my questions into three portions
1 IS CORRUPTION A MORAL PROBLEM.
In this part I will be able to discuss if corruption is a moral problem.
2 IS CORRUPTION A LEGAL PROBLEM.
In this question I will be able to research and discuss if corruption is a legal problem.
3 CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS.
In this part I will come up with a conclusion that, if corruption is a moral problem or a legal problem.
