I completed the Values Activity, which helped me reflect on what truly matters most in my life.
After finishing the activity, I learned that my top three most important values are family, helping, and spiritual growth. My three least important values were listed as reliable, friendship, and belonging.

I found that the results of this activity were quite accurate and meaningful. Family has always been something I deeply value I care for my loved ones and would do anything for them. I also believe that helping others is something we’re called to do whenever possible. There’s already so much pain and hardship in the world, so I feel it’s important not to add to that. Instead, I want to bring kindness and hope wherever I can. My third top value, spiritual growth, also describes a big part of who I am. As a Christian, I spend most of my free time serving God and helping others strengthen their relationship with Him. I believe everything we experience happens for a purpose and can be used to show compassion. Even the smallest piece of advice or act of encouragement can become part of someone’s testimony, and that matters deeply to me.While the activity listed my bottom three values as those I care less about, it’s not that I don’t value reliability, friendship, or belonging. I simply focus more of my attention on the values that I feel define me most right now.

Next, I researched the United Nations 17 Sustainable Development Goal to see which ones align best with my values. I felt most connected to No Poverty, as it reflects my desire to help others live better lives. My greatest passion, however, is the goal of Zero Hunger. I truly believe that no one in the world should be going hungry especially in a time like 2026. Hunger is a basic issue that humanity should have solved long ago, and it breaks my heart that so many still struggle without food.

As an action toward making a change, I would like to start by picking up garbage in my community with Golsa and Rima. Although we are brainstorming more ideas, this project feels meaningful because it benefits both our local environment and, if we can spread awareness, can inspire global improvement.
Completing this activity reminded me how our personal values connect with global goals. Even small steps rooted in love, service, and faith can make an impact.
