The question I chose for my inquiry project is “Should a government be given control over its economy and what would be the benefits and consequences of doing so?.” I chose this question since my countries government has a huge effect on our economy, so I wanted to explore the benefits of having a government and whether giving the government more control would be more beneficial towards our economy.
Learning about this will allow me to have a better understanding of similar concepts and better understand economic problems in the real-world and what solutions are present to solve said problems. Furthermore, I also want to look at the downsides of having a government which has control over its own economy and connect it with real-world governments.
