My favourite moments of focus have always come from activities where I completely lose track of time like playing sports or studying for a subject I enjoy or even listening to music while working.
I really like it when everything just clicks and I am fully locked in without distractions I am talking about the Flow state
The Flow state is a concept developed by Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi. It is something I want to learn more about.

I want to explore how people can get into the Flow state on purpose and use it to improve their productivity and performance and overall well-being with this project.
Here is a simple plan I made to research the Flow state:
Round 1 – Understanding the Flow state
– I will read about what the Flow state’s where it comes from using books like Flow: The Psychology of Optimal Experience to understand the main idea behind the Flow state.
– I will look for real-life examples of the Flow state in sports and school and creative activities to see how it works in life.

Round 2 – Conditions for Achieving the Flow state
– I will research what is needed to get into the Flow state, such as having goals and getting feedback right away and finding a balance between challenge and skill.
– I will use articles from the American Psychological Association and Psychology Today to support these ideas with evidence from psychology.

Round 3 – Applying the Flow state in Daily Life
– I will look into ways to minimize distractions and set up work periods and build habits that help me focus.
– I will look at research from Harvard Business Review and studies from Stanford University to connect what I learn about the Flow state to life.

At the end of my research, I hope to figure out how flow state works in real life. And I hope to teach it to all my friends.
