Blog post #2- Why and how do people experience déjà vu?

Top answer my questions to the best of my abilities, I will be having 3 round of research

Round 1: Understand what déjà vu is and how it feels
First, I will research what déjà vu actually is and how people see it as and how it feels. This will help me clearly understand what it really is before going deeper into the question. Understanding the basics is important so I can explain my topic accurately.

Round 2: Explore the scientific causes of déjà vu
Next, I will look into how the brain creates déjà vu. So for example I will research things like studying memory, how the brain processes information, and possible explanations like glitches in memory or timing. This step will directly help answer how déjà vu happens.

Round 3: Investigate why it happens and who experiences it most
Lastly, I will research why people experience déjà vu, including age, stress, or brain activity. I will also explore if it is linked to things like fatigue or maybe some types of conditions. This will help me answer the why part of my question and understand its meaning.

why this helps me and the community

This question matters to me because I’ve experienced déjà vu before, and I’ve always wondered why it happens. Learning about it will help me better understand my own brain and experiences. For my community, this topic is important because many people experience déjà vu but don’t understand it. By explaining it, I can help others feel less confused or even worried about it. It can also raise awareness about how the brain works and how memory isn’t always normal.
