I chose this inquiry question because it is highly relevant to my country and many parts of the world where arid and semi-arid conditions are common. In addition, climate change is making many areas drier, so understanding how to adapt agriculture to these conditions is very important. This inquiry also allows me to learn about modern farming methods, such as irrigation and drought-resistant crops, which could improve productivity.
