Engineering limitations :The ozone exists50-100yrs from the earths surface and it covers the whole earth at large. This means that the artificial ozone would have to cover the entire earth .A lot of labor and raw materials would be required to make this project prosperous .Extreme weather would make this construction difficult for people to work on.
Energy supply :The amount of energy that would be required to power the entire artificial ozone .Maintaining and ensuring that the system has continues power supply still remains to be a big limitation🤷♂️
Governance issues: A question still remains on who would be responsible for monitoring the artificial ozone . The project would face a lot of political conflicts between nations These would also lead to delay in decision making if needed to do so. If it would fall under bad governance it may be used for the wrong purpose .
Economic cost :Trillions of money would be required to finance the project while investing in pollution control measures is more cheaper but less efficient for it doesn’t have long implication’s.😒
Global co-operations issues :Since an artificial ozone layer would cover the entire earth ,Co-operations from all nations would be needed . This would be a big problem since different nations would have different opinions towards these project .T he project would face a lot of opposition from different perspectives. Fear of collapsing of the project would pose a greater opposition.
