Hi everyone! I’ve decided to do a new research question that is completely different than my last. My question is: What will the next 50 years look like with the invention of AI?

This question intrigues me because AI is becoming more common in everyday life. I am curious whether AI will start to replace jobs and disrupt industries, or if society will learn how to use it as a helpful tool instead. More people are already using AI to help with work, and some even use it for plagiarism, which is something many teachers are concerned about. I also want to figure out how the job market might change, since that usually happens whenever there is a major invention. For example, the internet created opportunities for people to work remotely or do freelance jobs. I am interested in exploring what kinds of rules, limits, and access society may need to put in place as AI continues to develop. I think that this topic is important because the choices that we make now will dictate our future, and how society will change with this recent invention.

Although this invention may seem exciting, many people are concerned about the future of their jobs, while others are already taking advantage of AI in negative ways. I believe AI could truly be something fantastic if we learn to use it responsibly and build new opportunities around this invention.
