For my second inquiry project this year, I chose to research the question:
How does the study of history help us to understand consequences?
I’m interested in this question because it could be considered that by not learning about history, we are doomed to repeat it. What determines whether we repeat terrible events from our past? If we know what we have done wrong before, will it happen again in the future with similar or different results?
